Color 40 to 45.
Pronounced bitter aromas and tastes.
Loses acidity, but works well on strong coffee tastes.
The mouthfeel of the coffee increases and the bitter notes of caramelization appear that cover the original flavor profile to a greater extent.
The acidity is significantly reduced, leaving only a trace of the originals.
May reveal notes of chocolate or cocoa beans.
They are almost black chocolate brown.
They may have a hint of smokiness but pronounced bitterness.
