WHAT IS ARABICA COFFEE?
Arabica coffee is the main variety cultivated, accounting for 60% of world production.
It is generally considered to produce a better tasting coffee; of course, it largely depends on its origin, processing method, and other factors.
CHARACTERISTICS
Arabica coffee is considered the best coffee bean, as it is more balanced, aromatic and has a very pleasant acidity. In addition, it has less caffeine than other varieties.
Arabica coffee has between 0.8% and 1.4% caffeine. It is a subtle, delicate and elegant coffee with a great balance between flavor and body.

WHERE IS IT GROWN?
The best-known varieties are “Typica” and "Borbon", from which different combinations and crops have been developed in different parts of the world, but mainly Arabica coffee It is grown throughout Latin America, in Central and Eastern Africa, in India and a little in Indonesia. The mild temperatures and altitude of these countries are the perfect ingredients for an ideal crop of this type of grain.
